Dressy Tex Sourcing puts a lot of effort & emphasis on process institution & execution for a quality product. Therefore, the planned and systematic activities implemented in the quality system so that the quality requirements are fulfilled. Our Quality Assurance activities also includes quality management for Raw materials, Fabric & Color composition, Products & components, and the services related with Production management through Inspection processes. Our experienced quality assurance team enforced the quality process at all phases of production and followed-up constantly to factory for implementation

Team are not only responsible to conduct Final inspections but also to follow three-tier inspection system started from the time of order placement upto Ex-Factory. This three-tier system includes Initial, Mid-line and Final Inspections; as per standard AQL level. All these thorough setting of standards, Risk analysis and strong Quality rigor ensures that Buyer expectations are always met and often surpassed. For testing- we work with BVCPS, SGS .We also undertake third party quality inspections if required by the client followed with agreed or required AQL levels.

Lab Testing

Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our services and also facilitate the manufacturers – exporters & importers to conduct their business with least quality risk. Our laboratory service includes.

Pre Production check

Risk are reduced by inspecting accessories , performing Color Matching checks, Fabric Inspection, Lab dip testing, Daily Cutting checking, Wash testing, Knitting & Flannel Inspection, Measurement Spec checking.

Initial Production check

First finished products are checked against buyer’s specifications and a prototype sample. Deviations are identified and corrected

During production check

nspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the best quality standard of production runs.

Final Individual Inspection

The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected individually is based on specification of the buyers and it cover criteria such as design/ style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, marking, colors, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements and packing.

Equipment Support for Quality Assurance

The team follows the properly laid out process and customized formats for each process by taking approvals from the buyer at all required milestones. The team ensures that all the procedures, systems and processes are well institutionalized among the teams of vendor partners and followed to meet buyer’s expectations. We have Light Box, barcode reader matching, Gsm matching, Dummy etc. So we can check everything before sending to final buyer. We also aware about the present European law and maintain it.
